Hardesty Event Design provided on the day coordination and management for Amy and Tom who got married at the beautiful country estate venue ran by Hardesty Event Design.
With Amy and Tom living in New Zealand, the team acted as on the day coordinators liaising directly with Amy and Tom via zoom calls and email throughout their engagement whilst discussing table layouts, recommending suppliers, advising on logisitics within the space and our team were there on the day to run and manage their wedding weekend, ensuring all plans went ahead without a hitch. Amy and Tom spent the night before their wedding enjoying the luxury amenities within the accommodation onsite, welcoming friends and family ahead of their special day. Their Day Two was spent catching up with family and friends before departing and making their way home to New Zealand.
