Meet Emily Hardesty
With over 14 years of experience in the wedding and event industry, working for leading event companies across East Anglia, UK, I’ve planned and managed over 250 weddings and countless events since I entered the industry in 2012.
My experience spans from intimate weddings, corporate events, 3-day country estate wedding weekends and stylish city weddings. I’ve also had the pleasure of managing and coordinating an array of multicultural fusion weddings, including Indian weddings, Asian weddings, Jewish and Greek weddings, meaning I truly understand the mechanics of an unforgettable event and have a vast network of suppliers I work with.
Just like each of my clients, every wedding or event has their own quirks, personality, and sense of style, and I love working with my clients to achieve their vision through high-end production, multi-day logistics and detailed wedding design.
With planning only a small number of weddings/celebrations per year, I offer a high-end, high-touchpoint, bespoke service to my clients to ensure I really get to know and understand their individual needs and vision for each celebration.
The experience and knowledge gained from many wonderful years of wedding and event management are the backbone of this business and have been paramount in forming long-lasting working relationships with some of the industry’s finest wedding suppliers.
In more recent years, I have worked as a venue consultant, launching and managing wedding venues on private country estates. Working with wedding venue owners and private landowners to take listed, historic buildings from merely a concept into a reality.
Being so invested in the logistics and underlying structure of every event I plan – whether it’s a three-day wedding weekend, a stellar private party or a corporate brand launch – allows a focus on the experiential. It leads to a truly personal celebration that flows seamlessly, feels effortless, and is so much more than simply a collection of beautiful details and a timing schedule.
